Hi all,
I'm new to downloading DLCs, and was under the impression that you could unlock a DLC from the BioWare website, and it would then be able to download over your XBox 360. I just purchased Black Emporium and it's only letting me download it for my pc/mac, and is not under the list of possible downloads in Dragon Age 2 on my XBox. Can it be unlocked? Can I send the confirmation e-mail to someone at BioWare for them to update my account?

Firstly, this should really be in the DA2 tech boards. Though that's me being picky.
I think you probably misunderstood the BioWare website. If you're a 360 owner you'll have known that the standard procedure for dlc would be via XBox Live. You have already noted that you have the Black Emporium for the PC/Mac but not the 360, and as I understand it most dlcs are platform specific (usually with the exception of promo items which are unlocked across all platforms); so I would be sceptical that it can be unlocked in the way you are hoping.
Your best bet for success, as it seems that a mistake was made in the purchase, is to contact EA directly and explain to them what occurred that led you to make a dlc purchase on the BioWare site rather than XBox Live. Maybe include the webpage that led you to do so as well (I couldn't actually find the Black Emporium on the website).
