I know we don't have the specifics on the mechanics yet so we'll have to assume it's not too different from the current system. Yes, Ammo Powers included. Two weapons per squad mate. Could work as a wish list for the devs also. I know this isn't the first time this thread has been made, but whatever. We know more about ME3 than we did then.
Confirmed: Ashley, Garrus, James, Kaidan, and Liara. We might fight along side Anderson, Jack, Legion, Mordin, Tali, and (hopefully) Wrex. Will add more squad mates as they become revealed.

I hope they get a full set of abilities and not two. From the look of things it would seem we are getting a smaller party. (yes to that) So I hope they get a full set of abilities to use.

Who is James Sanders in ME1 or 2?
Personally, I hate Kaidan and Liara. Liara has such a smooth annoying voice and it hurts to listen to her. Kaidan, well I just don't like Kaidan.
Wrex is just weird.... I mean come on, "I just want to come along becuase I like killing people."
Why does Ashley have a shotgun? That seems more like Wrex's style. She should have a Heavy pistol or submachine pistol.

I hope Kaidan gets an assault rifle. He had one in the cutscene on Horizon. Ashley with Assault Rifle and Shotgun is perfect, since she loves wielding a 'boom stick'.
I hope we have the chance to get the entire team back. And if we have to choose which ones to take out of everyone, that's fine too.
If James Sanders was an infiltrator, wouldn't he have a sniper rifle?
I'm gonna try Captain Anderson here if he becomes a squadmate.
Loadout: Assault Rifle, Heavy Pistol
Powers: Concussive Shot, Frag Grenade, Suppresor Ammo (thought of it myself, think silent shots for being sneaky)
Passive: + Team Health Boost (Alliance Tactician) or + Team Weapon Damage (Alliance Leader)
So basically he's more like an offensive Miranda without the utility. And with Suppresor Ammo, he can sneak about and avoid battles by quietly killing enemies. Would work great as a bonus ability on Shepard as an Infiltrator.
