I've noticed, more than a few times, that some NPC models will clearly be "speaking" and the voice file won't be playing til a few seconds later. Is there anyway to sync these voices up? Is anyone else having the same issue?

Do you guys have the game installed on the hard drive? (i seem to ask that question a lot.. but it really does make a difference on my xbox.)

Or even playing the wrong file. I've had that happen numerous times. And before you ask vyvexthorne, no I don't have it installed to the hard drive.

I have had this happen in three instances... to the point where I went to a previous save, played the scene again, and THEN it worked...

same here, it especially started happening late in the game, around the dwarven campaign.
