Well, at least show their good intent by flushing out the one responsible. You can say we dont agree with Sony, but we dont agree with hurting those that haven't hurt us.

to tell the truth our organization has done some commendable things, standing up for our rights to free information, which sony was infringing on.

Explain yourself however you want.  You're still a part of an "organization" that enjoys child pornography, laughing at other's grief and issuing death threats against underage girls.

There is nothing "noble" about what you and your like minded cohorts do.

Here's what I know.  Anonymous wants to punish Sony for not allowing them the ability to pirate games.  Dress it up however you like but this has never been about "homebrew."  They crash the PSN and say they didn't do it.  Sony looks bad.  Effing transparent as a pane of glass.

I've been off work since Wednesday and suprise suprise I haven't been able to play any mulitplayer games for my entire vacation.  Thanks much d-bags.

..and to answer OP's question you can still earn trophies you just can't synch them to the playstation servers.  Just got my DA2 platinum B)!

Hackers Anonymous people deserve nothing but criminal charges for what they did. First they say they didnt do it but than they say things that prove other wise. Sorry its Hackers fault why most games are on consoles too because its the hacker that would put the game up for free.

Hackers only hurt companies and Hackers if caught should be charged with criminal acts. Id go as far as calling them Terrorist.

But to answer the OPs question, yes you can earn Trophies offline. But like others have said it will just take awhile for your syncing to be complete.

I would appreciate links to information about Anonymous — preferably from nonbiased sources. And, on topic, yes, you can earn trophies in DA2 offline. The same holds true in other PS3 games. When the PSN is restored, you will simply have to sync your console with the network in order for them to reflect properly in your profile that's viewable by the public.

Wikipedia? *LOL* Perhaps, but I also know entries there can be altered fairly easily — not as easily as it used to be but, still, easily enough.
