Seriously. Way to completely miss the point of the character.

It certainly doesn't harm anything for her to be put in hot sexy... things.

I really like that Jack managed to go almost topless in ME2 and somehow I never felt like she was sexualized. This is why Jack is awesome.

What do you mean by sexualized, do you mean she wasn't depicted in a sexual nature, it wasn't the focus of her, what?

The lack of seeming sexualized is from Jacks badass attitude. Hard to be super sexy when you are as hard core as she is. That and her boobs are not over sized either. Just perfect. More than a handfull is too much.Aris Ravenstar wrote...

I mean she managed to dress the way she did without it feeling like she was intended to be titillating. She wasn't put on display for the sake of arousing the male player, at least in my mind.Jake71887 wrote...

Are you a male player? Cause I thought she was pretty damn sexy. Sweet tattoos, revealing clothing, Gorgeous face, and she rocked the bald look pretty well. Now granted I'm a pervert, but that's neither here nor there!

Her design to me was more about showing her body as a statement that she's wild and untamed, I didn't get the same "Look, T&A!" vibe that Samara and Miranda's designs were giving off in spades. I'm not saying she's not an attractive, fit woman, but her design didn't feel so much like objectification (to me at least), and as a female gamer I appreciated that.

Ah, gotcha, objectified... No, she certainly wasn't that. To me she just seemed... confident. But she was made to look damned sexy

I'm a lesbian gamer, and I found her incredibly attractive, but being attractive is not the point of her character, nor is being sexy. So the design considerations need to be about her characterization and what her looks say about her as a person, not about pleasing the straight male demographic, (or gay female demographic).
I don't think adding certain/unique styles of her is going to change her or what she stands for. She is going through a development towards Mass Effect 3, especially if being romanced and I see her getting softer, but still having that badass attitude that we all love so much. Her personality is still going to be Jack with or without hair. In my perspective, her look was based more on confidence and a sign of "I won't stab you in the back, I'll do it straight to your face" More like being upfront, honest type of thing and to not f*ck with her. That's why I find her to be so beautiful, that face, those tattoo's, personality, everything about her. If Bioware decide to add hair, I hope they consider what has been posted because those to me, don't seem out of character. The only way Bioware could mess her up by adding a hairstyle, would be adding something like Miranda's or Ashley's, right? Because she obviously not the "cheerleader" type
Jack is the only character I could see rocking a unique hairstyle as posted a few pages ago, with all those cool ideas - mohawk, my avatar, hairstyles like that.. especially if they're able to impliment the bar code tattoo, that'd be sweet.
ps. About pleasing the male demographic part, I believe if they're not already attracted to Jack in ME2, then they won't be attracted to her in ME3, just my opinion though.

so that non-fans of her would "give her the time of day"if Bioware could find a way to make Jack's overall appearance a little less exposed and more along the lines of say Miranda's clothing that would make for a pretty hot Jack character
I was arguing with that.
I don't mind hair, and I don't mind her choosing to wear another, less revealing outfit. I am, however, against putting her in Miranda's clothing, of all things, so that the non-fans can 'tolerate her'.

If non-fans won't give her the time of day now, then let them be. Don't force her to appeal to everyone.
Btw, if I sounded harsh in my post, I wasn't trying to. I agree with being against putting her in Miranda type clothing.

Well put. Male player here, got a lot more of a Lil Wayne vibe than a Sports Illustrated cover vibe. Of course, the belt-as-sports-bra was stupid on multiple levels, but that's a different story.
