People can project all the profundity they want into Bioware's writing. All this thesis-style bullsh*t speculation wasted on the plot elements and characters of ME2 cracks me up. The original writers never thought it through as far as the fans have, I guarantee you.

I hope they don't change Jack. That its just a rumor. Sure, Im alright with her having some hair and wearing more clothing.
But anything else, I hope they keep the same. And making Jack "softer" now? If shes going to be more Softer , it should be with a romanced Shepard. Anything else, I want her kick-ass personality too stay the same. But then were talking about BW, so this sadly may not come true.
I'm just gonna keep my hopes up about this.

I'm not bad mouthing, I'm assessing. Jack was made with teens in mind, it's obvious: the rebel without a clear cause - skimpy outfit, tatoos, dropping the F-bomb for added effect. She's an unruly teenager for those who can relate to that.

I like 9 visually, I just don't think it fits Jack's character. I'd say that number 6 is my favorite.

Joking aside, Jack is my favorite female squaddie in ME2 and always liked her second attire (the one with her wearing a black shirt and no visor); looked great. The Alt Pack, I would use it but I don't like the visors. I think all they should do is make Jack a bit softer, keep her somewhat gritty edge, and grow her hair out a little. Of course, I think she looks fine bald.

Like new hairstyle (although have nasty suspicion that after BioWare figured out how to do normal-looking long hair they are going to slap such hair on every female character), like boots and pants.
White pieces of clothing (straps?) left me surprised for now - are those remains of her aggressive sexuality or first step to turning Jack into eye candy? I'd prefer her to have more or less plain t-shirt, like the one which was supposed at the beginning of such thread, but 1) that's just blurry screenshot and 2) maybe that's just me.
Sniper rifle? Great! Works with both "calming down" (not trying to run into the middle of enemy lines blasting the heads off with shotgun anymore) and with gameplay (all shotgunners which are not tanks usually die fast).

I absolutely agree with you. I really don't like the pony tail idea, its too sporty looking, looks kind of odd on her for some reason.
It does need to be shorter in length.

Me too. I'd rather have more aliens and less humans, aliens are more interesting.
