Your proposing something similar to what Bungie did with the cinematic skits with short combat sequences that they included in their hale 3 legendary edition.

That would be cool, but something tells me it would require far too much dev time for an add on feature. I could see someone doing it as a mod though.

Know what I would like? A feature like Halo 3 (and ODST and Reach)'s Theater Mode, where you could control the camera angles and speed of the film to review combat and stuff. I normally use that in my Halo games to improve my skill and stuff.

LOL... I watch my replays for the awesome moments too. Like one time I was playing co-op with a friend on Reach. He was in a Falcon, and I was on a platform, getting attacked by Grunts with Fuel Rod Guns... so what does my friend do? He strafes them, blowing EVERYTHING around me up and killing them all! I don't know how he didn't kill me... but he saved that, most definitely.
