I've heard an average of 6 weeks.
Mine took a month, but they ended up sending it back without doing anything claiming I tampered with it (I had not.) It took a month for them to literally do nothing. If they're actually fixing yours...I don't know, pray?

This has happened to me three times. I live within a 100 miles of a processing center so this may not be typical. Once you ship it takes about a week. Don't expect it back before Thanksgiving

When I had my xbox sent to... wait, my warranty ran out so they wanted $90 to fix it up. I told them to shove it up their royal asses and fixed it myself, has been running fine ever since.

Interestingly enough, my XBox 360 is from the PS3 launch day (bundled with Gears of War 1). Still working fine.

It'll catch up eventually. My brother had his since close to launch, gave it plenty of space and cooling, but it finally gave in a few weeks ago for seemingly no reason.

I've had mine since about two weeks or so after the release date of the 360. It did fine until one day (Like half a year ago now) it decided it had enough of me for some reason and off to Microsoft it went. Still don't know why, but oh well. Two weeks later I got it back and it's been working ever since again.

Depends, MS can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks. Just sit tight and twiddle your thumbs
