Does anyone know if you can transfer the DLC you get from the DA2 promotion from the PC version to the xbox version of Mass Effect 2?

No the free ME2 promo from DA2 is only for the PC it is stated in the thread that talks about the ME2 free offer. It cannot be downloaded onto the 360. My suggestion, take the code, give it to a friend and have them play it on their PC.
