When I was done downloading the arrival and some other stuff that you get from cerberus network I was going to play the game, but as soon as I got to the main menu a message appeared saying I needed to activate cerberus network. However I already activated it, Then when I typed in the code it said it was already in use because I already activated it. Now because my last save was in the Lair of the shadow broker I am un-able to even play the game without the DLC.

set the game not to auto-login and try manually logging in to see if that helps.
If not, u can play the game without loggihg in.

I have had the same problems, unable to access DLC and no cerbrus network, this is the second time I have downloaded a game from the EA online store and I have had nothing but problems:(((( (Dragons Age, Mass Effect 2) had no responce from EA or Bioware, tried all the self help fixes and no joy. If anyone from EA bioware reads this you have alot of unhappy costomers SORT IT OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
