I haven't played me2 since the shadow broker dlc came out and up till then i had all the dlcs (not the char pics or clothes).  Now i wanna play the new dlc but i cant load my game becase it's saying i dont have any of the dlcs??  So i go to try and download them again but there not under "my registered game content"  Insted it has a bunch of Dragon age two crap for the ps3, xbox, and pc....i dont even own DA2.  Any ideas of where to go and who to talk to ?  Thanks in advance for any and all help.

I have had the same problems, unable to access DLC and no cerbrus network, this is the second time I have downloaded a game from the EA online store and I have had nothing but problems:(((( (Dragons Age, Mass Effect 2) had no responce from EA or Bioware, tried all the self help fixes and no joy. If anyone from EA bioware reads this you have alot of unhappy costomers SORT IT OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

contact EA support over on EA.com. EA is actually the ones responsible for the dls and website so you will need to talk to them. Look for the live chat support and you should be able to chat with a tech that can sort everything out.
