So my friend has the UE version on 360, she installed it a while ago and played it fine including all DLC. At the first time she had internet connection and now she doesn't. She recently uninstalled the DLC off her console because she says it kept coming up with message corrupted DLC but now decided to reinstall the DLC (from DISC using same profile same console) only she cant play it after installed. It comes up with the message:


The following downloadable content is corrupt and cannot be used. Please redownload and try again.
 
She says all the DLC once installed show as (unknown DLC x5 rows)...

Please confirm that she is playing using the ultimate edition disc (disc 1) and not an earlier version of the game (standard or collectors edition)

(It will give that message with older versions of the game but should not with UE disc 1)

She does have two copies well she has the UE and her brother has the normal version so you could be right. She told me she put in his disc not realising that because installed DLC of hers just because his disc was closer she popped that in her xbox instead. I asked her to try it with her disc she replied she will try it now.

yeah i have the same exact problem. My big brother downloaded the black emporium on his profile and we used to be able to use it, but then we had to send our 360 in for servicing. logically, the dlc should still work right? but no, we just got this error message telling us that the following dlc (the black emporium), is corrupt and that we should re download it again. does that mean we should go through and delete the black emporium from our files and download it again? It's also really annoying cause by big brother can access the black emporium normally and he's not getting the error message but i am

Technically you should have posted in the DA2 boards. Nit picking aside....

Are you sure the console you received back from Microsoft is the same one you sent? If not you'll have to perform the old license transfer thing to get back the content as it were. Also recommended is to recover your Gamertags while you are at it so the Gamertags belong to that console.

These two things should enable the dlc to run normally in the vast majority of cases. If not I'm sure someone somewhere will have other suggestions.
