Wait - so this is what the ME3 Normandy looks like?
Seems to be. Aside from the obvious blue detailing, note that it also has what appears to be Systems Alliance
Navy seals next to the name of the ship as well as the SR-2 designation.

Why is it blue? Did darkhorse even play ME2?

It was taken into Alliance hands. They did some stuff to it. Cosmetics appear to part of that stuff.

October?...that's a little early.
The only other possible month is November, and I doubt one extra month would have any dramatic affect on the quality of the game.

BioWare hasn't said a single word about the release date, so anywhere that "claims" to have the release date does not.

It's a little odd we're hearing this from Dark Horse first, though....were they supposed to show that off yet, I wonder?
Cutlass Jack says....
Well I guess that gives away that we'll be working for the Alliance based on the markings. My dreams of being my own boss is crushed. Crushed I say. *sniffle*
Not necessarily, this could just be a model of what the Alliance does to the poor girl. You never know, you might get full creative control once she's in your hands again.
Also, I'm curious as to price.....not that it matters much to me because I'll be buying it anyway.....I AM A CONSUMER ****!

I'll be a sad puppy if they nab the Thanix cannon from it.

I'm wondering if the Alliance's refit of the SR2 will remove the upgrading we did to her during ME2.

Considering the new paint job, the Alliance was refitting the SR2 for their own purposes. I doubt they are going to refit their new badass ship with inferior equipment.

Argh, that's a good point.....they could be taking her apart for "research" or something and that would give Bioware a good excuse to make you go and start upgrading her again.....man, Garrus is going to be pissed when he finds out all his calibrations were ruined.
