It seems whenever I try to enter/approach the level 26 warehouse in the citadel, the game freezes and I'm forced to ctrl-alt-delete out of the game.

My computer meets the system requirements and can run the game at maximum settings no problem.

I have all the cerberus network DLC installed (Zaeed, arc projecter, hammerhead, crash-site).

The stange thing is, is that I was able to enter it before (Specifically before acquiring Garrus' Loyalty mission).


Help please?

Seems like there is some corrupted file. The only advice I can give you is to reinstall the game, if you have the retail version. If you downloaded it from Steam, verify the game cache.

Thanks for the reply.

I downloaded my copy using the EA download manager, so I can't verify my cache (unless there's another way to do it.)

Also, will I keep my saves if I reinstall?

Reinstalled and it started working again (With my saves).
