Im still in the middle of playing through ME2 but I am so hooked that I bought Overlord and Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC.  I downloaded and launched it fine and the mission for the Shadow Broker has appeared in my journal but I can't see anything for the Overlord.  Is there an in game mission that I have to complete first before this DLC would show up, or does it get logged under a different name to start with? 

Shadow broker works just fine so I just want to check that I'm not missing something before I start trying to fix the 'problem'.  Any help would be greatly appreciated

As far as I know the only prerequisite is getting access to Normandy/e-mail. Sounds like you may want to try re-installing Overlord.
