bought DA1 for my 360 (had it on ps3) and i did it opn the xbox market, now i cant register it with my account even though my xbl and bioware names are linked... anyone know what to do?

Registering a game is not the same thing as having the EA and BioWare accounts.
Registering a game requires (for consoles anyway) inputting the barcode on the Social site here.

I got a problem registering my german Origins UE. the UPC code isnt "valid for game" whatever that may mean. I tried all 13 numbers witn no luck, i even tried it with the > on the end. can anyone help me with my problem.

as for downloading t from marketplace i assume you got a promo code. theres a little link under the register game heading, click it and enter the code there to register it.

Renegade 2.0; it looks like you followed the basic instructions of how to register the games, and (usually) they work. I have seen some having the same problem in that the barcode for whatever reason isn't recognised. Others suggest using Google to find the barcode number (which is more miss than hit when I went to confirm it); early during release days indicates it is something the mods could correct. I would suggest contacting a mod to see if they are willing to help you.
