 If Bethany or Carver were made Wardens, are they still kidnapped?

Also what if you only have three party members and both your siblings are dead? Does Gamlen get kidnapped and hilarious banter occurs where you're wondering whether to save your uncle or not?

If they are Wardens yes ... I don't know what happens if they are dead. Perhaps they kidnap the corpse of you most recent dead sibling???

They kidnap an party member. Caught Varric in my game where Carver died.

Warden siblings still get kidnapped.

If both your siblings are dead, your romance apparently gets caught.

Aside from that, I wouldn't know what happens in a romance- and siblingless scenario, even less so in one with the minimum of companions.

It goes Siblings (if alive) > Love Interest (if not in party) > highest approval companion that isn't in the party.

You could get rid of Anders, and never recruit Isabela, or Fenris, or even if you do, kick them out later. Sebastian might never be encountered, or never recruited.
Your mother dies, and your sibling could die.

Leaves you with Varric, Aveline, and Merrill, to throw in your party. What happens then? Gamlen Hijinks?

Carver also gets caught if he is a Templar, dunno about circle bethany though, probably still the case

As much as I would've liked to have seen Gamlen roflcakes ensue, only your companions get kidnapped. Between Varric, Aveline, and Merrill, the one with highest rivalry/friendship points with you will be abducted. They kidnapped Fenris in my game (both Carver and Bethany bit the dust) because I was at 100% rivalry with him and he wasn't included in the active party.

And yeah, Bethany gets kidnapped as a circle mage too.
