 Hi everybody

I acquired ME2 via the special offer made for the DA2 player. I downloaded it through EA Download Manager.

I have 2 issues actually that may be bounded, but nothing sure.

1- everytime I launch the game, I must bind my keys, put my setting back to how I want AND log to my EA account through Cerberus network (when in my options, it's all the time set on "log automaticaly to my EA account")

2- The worst issue for me, I just CAN'T LOAD ANY O MY SAVED GAME. They actually exist in my "save" folder, but in game, I can "RESUME", therefor No character profil appears in the "Load" screen. So if there's no profil available I cannot Load.

Actually I'm looking for an answer 'cause I just slap the journalist on her face, (which was really fun i've to admit ) but does not fit to my character (it's an ME1 imported one by the way).

[EDIT] I already uninstall and untall back 2 times the game (my saved games where still here)

Okay, I read many other topics and verify some stuff ...

Basically, my ME2 have no "\\Bioware\\Mass Effect 2\\BIOGame\\Profile\\Player1.prf" and does not create any.

Everytime I'm creating a profile, nothing is done ... idon't even have the "Bioware\\Mass Effect 2\\BIOGame\\Profile\\" Folder existing ... how can I ix that ... and please don't tell it's not possible to fix this

is there anybody who has the same problem ? (saved games and profil not appearing on the "load" menu)

Or is my english not understandable ?

check your MyDocuments Folder (and pretty much everything down to BioGame) for write protection. It sounds to me like the game installed without a problem, but the write protection is keeping the game from creating the player.prf
is your MyDocuments folder in the default location (System (C://) or did you move it somewhere else?
