 I guess it is a no brainer to say that all developers look to other successful games for inspiration and to find out what works...

In this light I wonder if Bioware will take any cues from The Witcher 2 when it comes out this May. (Bioware helped CDprojekt while they were making the Witcher 1 afterall)

If that game turns out to be the blockbuster people are expecting, I hope Bioware grabs some ideas they can use to improve DA

I am only relatively interested in TW2 as TW was OK. For RPG aspects, it lacked, for RPG gameplay it was pretty good. TW story was awesome, as was the atmosphere, the areas, etc. But, I really dislike playing an RPG where I am stuck playing one character that is one gender. I dislike even just being able to play one race whether I can play either gender or not. In that sense, I am not looking forward to it. But, since it is realy the only thing coming around any time soon, I will probably get it.
