Well, we already had Samara on board, a more laid back matriarch couldn't hurt...except that she left Thessia in disgust and might not be welcome there any more- but that opens up a plot possibility

I wouldn't mind, it would make for some awkward experiences if the devs decide to make Aethyta Liara's father.

If Aethyta was a squadmate it would be even better.

I don't know if she'll be bartender but I can totally see a mission where we help Liara reunite with her (since she is her mother/father) Idc how we end up seeing Aethyta again as long as we do and it's more than a cameo.

No ... My Shepard likes peace and quiet when on the Normandy. The squad all have their places and I have a feeling that Aethya has boundry issues. My poor Shep would be startled awake as the Matriarch rummages through his medals & handles the models ...
