I dont think that it is up to him or Bioware. I think they would both love to work together, but you need a role for that. Not sure if they have one. but it would be great.
I bet they would find one for him . He is a icon in sci fi tv

Patrick Stewart, yes. But the others, hell no. Do you know how much does it cost to hire all those people? That money can be spent on people equally talented as them, and it will cost only a fraction, and the rest of the money can go on expanding the story or bettering the graphics and gameplay.
Yes I agree completely.NKKKK wrote...
He's too expensive.
I'm sure there are plenty of talented voice actors who we've never even heard of, which will do a fantastic job. No need to hire a whole load of famous people just for the names (I'm not knocking their skill).
Better that and use the saved money to enhance other areas of the game that will actually be noticed, like exploration and story.
Besides, where's the fun if you recognise every person voicing a character - takes away some of the immersion for me.

Stewart is awesome, however... I really don't care for huge name voice actors in games. They are just too distracting!
I'm playing Jade Empire for the first time, and I instant identified Quark (Shimmerman) as the voice of the Innkeeper on the Pilgrim's Path. And then he shows up again as another major character later on. It's not that he does a poor job, it's just distracting. I think this is especially so for "genre" actors like, oh, Patrick Stewart.
I can't be the only one who heard Gatatog Uvenk and immediately thought, "Oh, its Worf," when I would rather have still been thinking about how amazing it was that I was walking around on the Krogan homeworld. Didn't help any that he acted like Worf too.
And one more thing, I can't help thinking that for the money of Stewart voicing a single role, they could instead hire a legion of talented unknowns to do work voicing more characters for us to interact with.
I agree with the above regarding recognizable celebrity brand names being too distracting. While I've admired his golden-throated verbiages in other roles (Jean-Luc Picard, Professor X, MacBeth, etc.), hearing him in ME 3 would undoubtedly break immersion for me. Whether playing a bartender or admiral, I'd find myself saying, "Oh, that's Patrick Stewart....now, err, where was I doing in this game....?

I don't know how I feel about Captain Picard showing up, but definitely bring back Adam Baldwin...as a squadmate. Kal'Reegar is a serious badass and my Femshep's true romantic interest.
