 YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY HAVE the ability to save during firewalker fly-missions! Especially the overlord mission is way too openended and one easily gets lost in the rocky terrain and getting sunk in lava or shot down. And then having to repat endless sequences over and over again. You should consider that not all people like to do this super-mario stuff and are more like RPG players that do like/tolerate shooting but not endlessly repeating things. 

Also the fly-sequences are the most unstable parts of the game. I have a machine prone to over-heating and it has a slightly higher chance of crashing here. 

Overlord seems to be a REALLY badly designed mod. It would be tolerable if there was the ability to save the game always when not in combat also when flying!!!
