Will Mages be the only class that can use magic. i was looking at the forums and blogs and i never found any info on if warriors or rogues can use magic so if anyone has anymore information on this topic post  it here

Yes, they are.

None of the Warrior/Rogue specializations imply a use of magic either.

No Cleric class exists, although it might can be replicated (invest a lot into healing spells as a Mage and take the Arcane Warrior specialization, as an example).

As far as I know Mages use spells and Warriors and Rogues will use talents. So yes in a way because in DA:O Talent = Spell. But as far as using Primal spells as a Beserker I don't think so...but DON'T quote me, I'm not completely sure about anything, thus I prove my mortality.

in a way the mages being the only class that can cast spells is a bit of a let down but you having said that, i think unless are character is a mage we need to have one in the party at all times

In Thedas, magic isn't a skill but something you're born with. The Chantry and the Templars grab people as soon as they show signs of magic and take them to the tower. That's why only those with the mage origin can use magic.

thanks for telling me that i don't have the books. seeing that magic is somthing your born with, it being both a blessing and a curse is the taint similar to being born with the abililties of magic?

No, the taint is different. It happens when one is infected with Darkspawn blood and slowly kills the person. Unless that person goes through the Joining to become a Grey Warden, in which case it takes a very long time and does something else that I won't spoil for you.
