Is anyone else havign problems targeting enemies with their mage? When I try to manually target, it just seems kinda janky and doesn't work a lot of the time. Also my mage Hawke takes a long time to execute spells sometimes, or just stands there like a lump and I have to close the radial menu and try again?
This loses me valuable seconds in a fight, but I don't know if it's a problem with the game or me since I rarely play mages. I never had such targeting issues with a rogue or warrior.

Yes,sometimes hawke just stands and swirl his staff like an idiot for nor reason.

yeah it's weird, shades are the worst to manually target, when they're doing that slithery move along the ground thing it get's pretty annoying. I typically just use the "r" key unless there's a very particular enemy I want to end. Not sure what the "attack closest target" button is for the consoles though.
