On my 4th playthorugh I found this quest, the hat smells like stale ale but I have gone everywhere they drink that I know of and can't find who it belongs to. Can anybody help me before I finish act 2 and lose quest?

Go to the Hanged Man at night. Wraxler is on the first floor ... near the fireplace IIRC.
