I have spent the last hour searching googl for (male) gay romance mods for the Official Campaign, with no sucess, so does someone know of any? I'm not looking for anything too original or complex (though it would be nice), a simple mod like Dragon Age's Equal Love, than makes heterosexual characters believe your same sex PC is the correct, romanceable gender, would suffice.

Along with the many changes that were implemented with this mod there were changes made to encourage same-sex romances in the OC and MotB. That is the only mod I am aware of that does so.

I've played some modules where there was inadvertent lesbianism. It seems the module authors didn't account for the fact that some people might play as female characters, so didn't put any gender checks in their conversations. A 60-year-old female Cyricist fighter of mine once found love with a young female paladin with a strong resemblance to Emilia Fox (a star-crossed romance if ever there was one).
