Here's mine

An group of Mercenaries consisting of an Jaded and Cynical Human Female Captain ,  An cocky Male Human Engineer , An Badass Turian Pilo, an Asari Scout,  and a Krogan Played by Michael Clark Duncan. Help the Alliance in the battle of the reapers in the pilot episodes first half . The second half taking place 5 years later the team has been split up and is going their own ways when they're brought together by a mysterious entity called the Shadow Broker who hires the entire team to unconver an Ancient Artifact. But by the time they arrive someone else has stolen the artifact and they have to hunt down the other group and get it back.

I would so watch a Red Dwarf style sci-fi sit-com set in the Mass Effect universe. Oh my god I have to find a way to travel to the alternate universe where that show exists.
