Wardens suck. I hate Grey Wardens. Everything and anything about being one in Origins sucked. In fact, they all suck. Why the hell did the Wardens in DA2 have such awesome uniform armor and weapons? And why did they actually have an organized order, and fellow Wardens to work with? We had nothing of the sort in Origins, in fact we had nothing but crap equipment and only one lousy freakin' Warden to team up with. Why wasn't being a Warden optional? It sucked moose testes and I don't want that again.

I'm glad there were no abomination screwing, dermon baby making rituals this time around but I still don't ever, ever, ever want to play a character who is a Grey Warden everr again. Your life is cut down to size like a piece of twine, you have nightmares, you're sterile, guys dump you because your sex organs are shot, girls only want to jump your bones so they can get a devil spawn off your nuts, life sucks, you're miserable, you're alone, the world hates your arse, your LI's ditch you, blah blah blah.

Wardens suck balls.

If we ever play as one again, the only Warden order I want to be part of is the awesome, proper and totally badass one that Bethany/Carver had. I want to be Stroud's subordinate. Stroud has Riordan's smexy voice.

I want to kick Leliana's sorry ass for joining the Seekers. Honestly I thought she'd changed and we'd convinced her what a sham the Chantry is. Why the hell woud she do that, that trecharous little snake.

So, you want to be Orlesian? It was the Orlesian wardens influence that upgraded their armour to be more flattering and stylish. Plus, they eat cake. Lots of cake. And have shoe stores on every corner. Pretty fanciful shoes with highly impossible heels. You are probably still sterile and going to die young, but the pretty lass you woo will also wear birds in gilded cages in her hair to parties and always have at least one lap dog yapping behind her, so.... same thing.

Still, it looks to be set in Orlais IF rumour is true. Who is to say really.

But you know, I get that you kind of disliked being a Ferelden warden. lol

The Warden was broke in DA:O only because some jerk got your order destroyed while you were being recruited, and then a whole nation of jerks refused to outfit you for free to save their punk ass.

Maybe being an Orlesian Warden will make our DA3 character's life slightly less of a giant crap stain.
