Haha,I am having this problem as well,even this is my fifth playthrough now.But I figure this is no major issue so I just ignore it lol

There's more of these types of glitches, The same thing happens with Chakwas.

If they are not gamebreaking then why bother? Only thing that needs to be fixed now is the Audio Sync then we have a working product

While I agree with you, your attitude (fix ONLY the necessary issues) will probably lead us to a MASS EFFECT 3 full of issues AGAIN. Of course the gamebreaking issues must be fixed FIRST AND AS FAST AS IT CAN BE DONE, but this doesn't mean that we mustn't demand more fixes.  We paid for this game and therefore it must be as good as it can be.

There is a rule in the global market (and therefore in the videogame industry). ASK MORE IN ORDER TO GET LESS.
