Ok. Simple fix. If Ashley and Miranda both wear armor that's similar to Fem Shep's (badass AND sexy) in combat and wears "in character" casual clothing on the Normandy I will be happy.

This would be my ideal.  I have no problem with Miranda's catsuit, out of combat.  I don't even mind Ashley's new look, if it's out of combat.  It's just in battle that I would have a problem with Ashley suddenly no longer wanting or needing heavy or at least medium armor.

I do that already...but when your doing things like her loyalty mission...kinda hard to ignore given the camera angles Bioware spams her with...to be honest I don't stare at Miranda's ass...I don't find "perfect" women attractive in the slightest.

Then I apologize.

But then again why do you care?

For believeability's sake...

I don't think the breast thing is supposed to have an in-game explanation, it's just the result of giving her a unique model...

All what makeup?  The only difference is that she's got a little eyeshadow now.

Hell, my female Shepard wears more makeup than that!

...a lot more, in retrospect.

It looks to me like Ash is wearing eyeliner and maybe some lip gloss.  That's about what she had on in ME2.  And in the trailers for ME1, come to think of it.  It's been what, three or four years since you met her in the middle of a combat zone?  Women change their looks sometimes, you know.

As far as breast size... as someone who actually has breasts, I can tell you that it is absolutely possible to change the *apparent* size of your breasts without changing the *actual* size of your breasts, or using any padding.  That outfit would about do it.  ME1 armor always made a woman's front fit the armor instead of the armor fitting the woman's front.  Sort of like how wearing a Kevlar vest is not going to let a woman keep all her curves.  Not saying good or bad, but it just is.

That is a very valid point. I had thought of the idea but not put it in those words.

Its funny how some people think they are unmalleable lumps of granite.

Do NPCs really need armour anyway? Its not like it has bonuses or anything, anymore. Give us NPCs with customizable armour like in ME1, or even give them the extent of ME2, then I will give a crap about what they look like. Until then all the comments about how it doesn't protect are about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

The only conclusion we can draw from this one picture is that Ash is wearing some clothing.

DeadLetterBox, thank you for your input from personal experience. Though as a male who enjoys breasts, the confirmation that some appear larger than they are is slightly disheartening but unfortunately not unexpected.:(

(That is a serious thank you. Damn medium of text, not being able to give context)

Ashley is now Isabella 2.0 and Miranda 2.0 who did the fusion dance together.

Basically Bioware has turned Ashley into the biggest **** in their recent two game series.

Of course. I will tormet Bioware, just like many others, and they can't do anything about it because I still buy their products.

Bioware may screw up this time but if we make our outcries known enough they will change. They will bring us another KoTOR.

Anyways, maybe Ashley finally got her dinner and is stepping out in her tinfoil miniskirt and thigh high boots.

This is Ashley's evil and sexualized clone.

You say you hate but many here enjoyed it. You're entitled to your opinion but KoTOR expanded the Bioware brand name a lot to many that had never heard of the earlier Bioware titles.

Never had a problem with Miranda's armor seeing as light armour in ME1 looked like little more then spandex with a little plastic here and there.

@Elite

So you're going to keep on buying their products but continue to complain until you get something you feel is worth your money?

Edit: for the record, I'm not trying to argue with you.

Not on topic, but I wanted to say that this represents me completely.  I played NWN and it wasn't until KOTOR that I recognized the name Bioware.  I bought KOTOR2 because I thought it was a Bioware game until seeing the Obsidian logo when I started playing it.

Yes. I don't want Bioware to die and they're more likely to listen to their PAYING customers than the customers that quit on them. Bioware used to be great but ever since EA started sticking their hands all over the place they've gone down hill.

Yes you are that's why you continue to post such remarks.

As long as they don't change her character too much I'm not bothered about the new appearance.

The best way to get a company to change their products is by NOT investing in the ones you don't like. By continuing to support them financially all you do is imply that they can make whatever they want and people will purchase their wares regardless.

So you know what materials and technology went in to the fabrication of the armour do you? It could be as complex as a ceramic overlay on carbon fibre, with a kevlar and titanium weave. With personal shield technology what it is, the actual armour isn't as important as it once was.

If you think Mass Effect has killed Star Wars you are mistaken . Star Wars is legendary and iconic something Mass Effect will never be . Star Wars has more iconic characters than Mass Effect will ever have
