My hard drive died and BioWare old store said my receipts would always be available to me, and downloads.  OOOOOKAY, Where are ALL the BioWare Store receipts and download page?

Also, I registered NWN1, and expansions, and NWN2 on the old site.  I lost my booklet for NWN2, (and since my hard drive died I cannot check my ini file for CD keys), but since I had my CD keys registered, I thought this wouldn't be a problem. OOOOOKAY, Where did this CD Key registration screen go???

Went there, and ED has absolutely no knowledge of NWN1 or NWN2, it starts with Dragon Age, and I don't have Dragon Age. ED had a way to check for licenses, and that also had none, page completely empty.

Good News: I actually found my licenses (that Atari says I do not have) but first I had to find a BioWare page that didn't redirect me to the New and Unimproved BioWare Atari controlled page. And then I found the old store, SOME of those links worked, and thank goodness one of the ones that worked was the registered game lists. (Whaps Atari again for hiding my registered games.)

Bad News: The Old BioWare Store link for receipts is one of the links that does not work, and Atari already shows, according to Atari, I have no registered games, so unless there is a way to view these receipts I have lost CD Keys and downloads for games: Kingmaker, Shadow Guard, Witches Wake, Infinate Dungeons, Wyvern Crown.

I had the same problem as Lomondra. I installed NWN again after a long time without playing NWN 1 in a new computer and when I logged into my bioware account I also could not find any information about the Premium modules that I had bought before. Where is this information?

I would suggest posting in forums for the specific games or asking in a tech support forum this forum is intended for the bioware online store that sells only physical merchandise not games or add-ons

What part of "Bioware old site" don't you understand? Where is the support for previous purchases?

The Bioware Online Store that I purchased these games from, that I had download privileges with, that stored my games, downloads and CD keys, stated on the Bioware Store that these would always be available. It was NOT said that the Bioware Store was changing to physical merchandise only. If it has, then fine, just direct me to where my account is for previous purchases and CD keys of my games.

(Actually I do not need my CD keys because I have those written down, but I DO NEED to download my PURCHASED games again because my computer died and I have a new hard drive. I am only asking for something that was promised, to be able to download my games when needed.)

No call to get snarky. If you're seeking info about Neverwinter Nights, one should likely go to the forums that are now representing that game here on the new site (BSN) - http://social.biowar.../1/subindex/153 ...hopefully you may find some help there. Most of the old site has been archived, and thus, you likely won't find much helpful information there.

Main point being, EA now owns Bioware and they seem to care very little about their subsidaries past games (or current games, it seems, for that matter). This is making games such as Jade Empire and NWN kinda hard to deal with, as you're obviously discovering. The problem with you bringing your argument to this particular sub-forum is that even though the title ("Bioware Store") has stayed relatively the same, it's a completely different setup (as you've no doubt found out)...so for digital-game needs, I'd suggest going to the correct forum or EA Support...if they don't know what you're talking about, that's their fault and noteably still their responsibility - not the responsibility of this Store...
