I have a problem with the redeem code i found inside the case of the mass effect 2 copy i bought, (its was not used, brand new). I try to redeem the code but i get this error over and over again.

 ''Unable to redeem code.

That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again.''

As i said before, the copy i bought is brand new. Not used, and it was sealed. Can anything be done about this (get a new redeem code, etc)? I can provide a photo of the copy, the redeem code, the serial, if needed.

 Please help.

I think i found out what was wrong. If i go to profile>your registered game content>i get the option to download the free dlc's. I actually had used the redeem code but i never had the chance to actually download them.
