So who is it? We know who shepard, miranda, liara, etc.. are, but who is Ashley's face model?

The only pic we have is this:




So who is it? I've been curious to find out, especially since we're coming to the close of the trilogy. Someone on this forum said she was a Russian model, although I don't know how true that is. So come on Bioware, who is it?!?!

Mark Vanderloo, a Dutch model.  Which is why you'll hear people call default Shepard "Sheploo":

You caught me. I guess I wasn't as subtle as I thought. Can't you tell by my poor quality photos. Someone forgot to clean the windows at Bio's office that day.

Seriously though, the image is from the making of DVD on the collectors edition of ME1. It's such a tease since it's only half of the face, plus we have no name.

Maybe we don't have a name because Bioware has built real life "People Zoos" like some (not me, of course!) people do on the Sims. They keep her in the basement and only take pics of her when they want to model another character.

It's simple. You just convince them that the only bathroom is a window-less, cramped, dank hole. And when they go in, you erase the door.

You can do it in The Sims. I imagine it wouldn't be much harder in real life.

No, in all seriousness. I think it would be an interesting tidbit to know. Come on, Bioware.

ashley looks kinda dumb in the games but her model seems pretty, or at least the left side of her face does

To each their own I guess.  I think she's pretty.  I mean I can't say that I think Eva Longoria is beautiful, but I can't deny that she is attractive.

I would just like to see the whole face in order to decide that Looking at the facial structure though, it looks similar but not exactly the same as the half pic. Although it's hard to judge with only one side.

well at least they changed her look for ME3. I agree she didn't look appealing at all in ME1 and 2, but in 3 she looks good....about time....

Oh.... The old forums. That takes me back to the days when there was a near civil war over only the first 11 ME1 save being transfered over.

And, that pic of her face smashed out like a pancakes creeps the hell out of me.

There was a civil war about practically everything on there. I still have nightmares about that legion of self-appointed lawyers and freedom fighters threatening to march on Bioware's offices because Bring Down The Sky was delayed on PC....
