I can't seem to get paralysis bomb to work efficiently, I gave it to Morrigan and it is completely awesome, but she keeps blasting either me (tank) or the whole party to kindom come. So, how do you set up your tactics for paralysis bomb to not trap your party too? Or just micromanage her to cast it at a bit of range?

I have never used combat tactics. I micro-manage. They never seem to use those tactics very well. When they're defending Redcliffe village, they'll stand in the middle of an open flame and drink healing potions. Not very smart.
