So, I played the final battle and Zevran aids me in the battle against Meredith, After she stuns us with that blast and we all come back to our senses, she grabs Zevran's face and lifts him up and says something about "siding" with the Mages and stabs him and tosses him! Is he actually dead?! Like not coming back since theres no epilogue telling what happens after!
Zevran dies in DA2?

Are you certain you don't have your characters mixed up? I don't believe Zevran appears anywhere in DA2 outside his one questline. There was a minor glitch in the final battle which made my brother's hair turn white (texture failed to load), maybe if your brother (or someother NPC if you weren't a mage) had the same hair model as Zevron, and it loaded in as white he might look a bit like Zevron there?

Zevran can appear during the ending battle. But i have never seen Meredith doing that to him. As a rule of thumb, if it isn't an enemy or happens in a cutscene, a death doesn't count.

That said one could say the real Zevran must've died before DA2, and what shows up and claims to be him is just an impostor (but not even a good look-alike)

she always grabs somebody (seems to be random), says something and stabs them but they get back up and keep fighting so it's safe to say it's not a death

he joined my battle in the final fight with meredith as did nathanial and Isabela whom never returned in my PT ... he was stabbed and died too, i couldnt heal them as I wa s playing a warrior and unfortunately I had killed Anders. so... Im gonna assume it is like party members falling, they will get up after the battle?

He's dead in the same way Arl Eamon was dead when the Archdemon chewed on him in my playthrough of origins then was all fine and dandy in post-coronation.

I always find it amusing that when Meredith stuns everyone, Aveline remains unaffected, stabbing Meredith as she stands there, blabbing away.
It's vaguely related to the topic. I've had Zevran, Nathaniel and Donnic show up to help in the final battle. And Cullen, of course.

Yeah, Cullen died during the battle in my playthrough, he was still alive and well to witness Hawke's Badass Exit though.

there is some talent that makes a warrior indomitable or w/e it is called [ Fenris and Carver can have it too] that makes them baiscally unstunnable? is that a word? teehee

Yeah, Aveline has that on most of my playthroughs. can't remember what it's called though. Unless it's one on her personal tree.

It is on her personal tree, Indomitable gives her 100% stun and knockdown resistance.
That said, there's several items throughout the game that provides stun resistance too, you can basically have half your party spamkill her while she blappers and Cullen & co. is stunned.

Yes it's very funny with these, makes dragon hunting easier too.
It's very funny if you load up the post game save and take Carver to the black emporium if he was not a companion during the fight.
He is stunned still, just stands still, wozzily waving around in circles.

I'm guessing because you did his quest and helped him? He came to pay you back it would seem.

So do i get this right: I Take Avelin, Sibling and LI with me and don't summon dog, then that counts as 4 out of the 8?
So Cullen is one and then Nathaniel/Zevran/Donnic should appear as the last three?
