DA2 has enough (imo) loot so i dont see the need for these item packs. I'd rather there be a proper DLC like DAO had which when finished then gave bonus loot.

Wow bioware, thats a new level of "low".
How so?
Feastday Gifts & Pranks and the Weapon packs in ME2 didn't exist?
That was for somewhat of a complete games, not half cocked game with ton of bugs.
They should do an Enhanced Edition for DA2 like CD Projekt did with The Witcher at the time.
You know what, i was expecting we'll get some DLC for free.

Oh god, just stop. I think my heart may explode just hoping for the announcement, let alone the actual game.

You're right. The guys who make textures and models should get to scripting, those slackers! Meanwhile, I'll go watch Michael Jordan become a baseball all-star.

On the contrary, I have brought all the DLC weapon packs for ME2 because the levels were much more inspired and a joy to go through. The combat style in DA2 is very fun, but the environment is killing this game.

Mine as well.
Is there a pony with a goatee? There should be.

This game has no replay value because the dungeons all look the same and SO BORING!

I would buy this and then buy three more copies just to prove my love for Bioware. I would give anything to be Twilight Sparkle- The Champion of Equestria!

I have no desire to run through the same cave 100 times. That = boring.

Still, I think it is a bit expensive. I think it should really be $2 per pack rather than $3. The whole thing cost me £3, though, so I'm not really complaining. Its barely more than a beer in this country.

Yes they do.
Imagine that you are playing The Legend of Zelda. Now imagine that every dungeon you encounter is exactly the same as the original.
New environments add variety, which in turn, make mundane quests/events seem fresh and lively.

First Zelda is about there puzzles and temples, Bioware games are about there characters and writing. Comparing Zelda to DA is just plain stupid.-Skorpious- wrote...

DA2 is supposed to be an RPG, you should be watching screenplays then.

Fine. DAO managed to include great characters, writing, and new environments. DA2 was lacking in *one of those aspects.

Okay, I'm not sure if you're being sarcastic, but I will assume not.
Environments add (a lot) to replay value, if only because they prevent the play boring as easy. You are less inclined to replay a game if it felt like you were replaying it the first time you ran through, which DA2 did at many points. It will be things like this that put people off replaying and actually appreciating the amount of work that went into things like Hawke's personality and the friendship/rivalry system. Replaying to appreciate the nuances of these systems will be far less appealing if you already tired of runnign through generic warehouse B 54 times the first time you played.

But, I want Spells and Talents and Specializations pack.
Is possible?
It would be much more appealing.

DA2 is probably less bugged on release than DA:O, DA:O was filled with game breaking bugs and it had the horrible memory leak. Unless they patched the past as never having existed.
