Will the blast kill unprotected husks?
Also, do husks tend to attack it first like other enemies do?

I believe it will not kill them! Because the Explosive Drone does not knockdown any enemy, only cause damage to them when it explodes!

IIRC it doesn't autokill an unprotected husk.
