so awhile back i had to do a system reboot on my computer. and unfortunetly in doing so i accidently deleted all my characters and completed games for DAO. everything is sadly gone. and now that im playing DA2, i have to use a default beggining story line. but i realized all my achievments and stats are still saved on my Bioware account. are all my profile characters saved online somewhere in my Bioware account that i can transfer to my game somehow, or am i doomed to just do another playthrough on DAO? (not that i am complaining on doing another playthrough, id just like them back so i can use them on DA2, ASAP)

Unfortunately, no, your saved games are not stored online. They are only stored on your local machine. The information on achievements, etc, should sync with your new installation of DAO, however, so when you start a new game, they (and any associated goodies, like DLC items or specialized skills) should be available to new characters when they reach the appropriate level.
