Best Staff for What Mage type?

 I've seen some thread like this before somewhere around here, but it didn't really give me all the info I needed.

I'm a primal/elemental mage with a focus on electricity and cold spells.  I was wondering what staff would have the best payoff for people that have hybrid damage specs like mine.  E.g. Elemental Mage - Cold Blooded or Torch of Falondin.  I'm not really expecting a clear cut answer here, but I'd like to know people's opinions and reasons for choosing one or the other. :wizard:

any random staff with a higher base damage than Cold Blooded beats it because the gold you save helps you buy robes of Unblemished Cleanliness.

pretty much. random staves you find by the end on enemies/shops>>>>>>>>>>> cold blooded or even torch of falondin.

Does this include when the Torch is equipped with a RoD and the Lyrium ruin :bandit:

Torch of Falon'Din is the only unique staff that can keep up because of its +8 Fire Damage and +16% Fire Damage mods. With a Fire Rune or Rune of Devastation and the Primeval Lyrium Rune, it keeps up and probably is the best staff in the game, especially for Elementalists.
