I'm gonna do my canon Shep walkthrough again just for that.
Also is that JRCHOharry's Shepard?

Can be applied to any ME2 save (obviously, before talking to that asari).
So I take it there's a second ME2-only plot flag and that's what actually determines Conrad's behavior, and it can be fixed with a hex-edit. I'd wondered if they'd even completed the Paragon-version animations before catching the import error. Nice work.

^I think in ME3 they won't mention how you responded to Conrad in ME1.
Sounds like they will mention it to me.GI: In ME 2, Conrad Verner seems to the think that Shepard held a gun to his face, even if players chose the paragon option in ME 1. Was this just a glitch, or is there some story reason behind this?
Mac Walters: Well, it may have been a glitch, or maybe Conrad was just having an off day (even more off than usual). Stay tuned in Mass Effect 3 to see how Verner deals with this embarrassing misstep with Shepard.

That was a pretty big slap. Are you sure that scene isn't missing a renegade interupt?

Back in the day, when it seemed this couldn't be fixed with a simple 4MB patch, I was actually hoping they'd fix some bugs and other stuff such as the subtitles on SDTV's by including it in a (hopefully free) DLC file. But as time went by, well, you know the story...
The fact that you were able to apparently relatively simply fix this, gives me hope for some of those other import bugs, mainly the ones Didymos discovered first back in 2010. While most of those news messages are simply flavor content, they'd make a world of difference in a series such as this one.
If you could fix those in a similar way, I'm sure the community would be eternally grateful.

That was amazing dude. I will never see it (I'm of the tough love camp and always stick a gun in Conrad's face) but it still warms my heart to see Shepard get slapped.
Though I wish there was a "Punk, I'm a Spectre, I can kill you where you stand" option. That would have been cool.

Fans fixing bugs in Bioware games has a long and proud tradition dating back at least to Baldur's Gate. PLayer's adding cut content from the game also has a proud and long tradition dating back to at least Baldur's Gate. It is just how things go sometimes.Fiery Phoenix wrote...
Funny, fans are fixing the developer's work. No one tells me BioWare couldn't do this themselves, because they damn well could.
Personally sounds more like he's making a joke about it and isn't being serious with his answer.Fiery Phoenix wrote...

Well, if it's just a matter of having to alter additional plot flags that the save editor doesn't expose, chances are pretty good that at least some of them can be fixed. The only problem would be if the flags for those choices just don't exist at all, or if the flag is fine but there's a script that isn't handling it properly.

[Feros] Too many colonists died and good or good+ outcome
[Garrus] Recruited (again...)
Why is Good/Good+ attached to "Too many colonists died"? And I don't remember having to recruit Garrus a second time.

Straight from ME2 files, blame Bioware.

I can just assume that when you denied Garrus the first time, he waited at C-Sec and asked for recruitment later on, so you could get a second chance to recruit him after the first one. But I didn't dove into the depths of save flags to be certain!

Nah, ME2 importer bug. Ignore it.
oGV.SetBool(2659, oIV.GetBool(3941));
oGV.SetBool(2400, oIV.GetBool(3941));
oGV = ME2 plot table
oIV = ME1 plot table
Edit:
[Feros] Too many colonists died and good or good+ outcome
That one is my fault, sorry. Changed to "Zhu Hope saved".

It's not working for me....not sure why. I imported my latest save file, edited it in the program, imported it and opened it using Launcher Application (obviously ME2) and nothing changed.
Shepards named "Hex" are yours?
