I bought Mass Effect 2 Digital Edition from the EA store for the pc and it mentioned that I would get:

Bonus in-game weapon and armor
Bonus in-game Incisor sniper rifle
Mass Effect 2 Soundtrack (digital download)
The Making Of Mass Effect 2 videos
Digital version of Issue #1 of the Mass Effect comic book by Dark Horse comics
Digital 48-page art book
Cerberus Network code granting access to bonus content
Where can I get thi stuff? I redeemed the cerebus code and got the ingame stuff, but what about the art book? Where do I get them?

http://social.biowar...5941196#5941254 gives you the answer for all the bonus DLC items. The art book and videos must be in the download package from the on-line store, or on a special download page there (that's how I got it, at least).
