My profile thingy on this site says that my characters haven't been updated since November 9th, I figured maybe they just turned off character uploads because of too much traffic or something, but my friend's keeps updating fine.

It updates my achievements immediately, but it hasn't updated my character info in over a week, just wondering why not, I wanted to show my friend my rogue and warrior :-(

I made sure that the option to upload statistics was turned on in game, and on the FAQ it says the info is uploaded when you save your game, which I have done about a billion times since the last time they were updated.

Mine haven't updated since Nov 6th. If you go into the social site support forum, you'll see countless people experiencing the problem since half a month ago with still no solution so far.

Ah ok, I didn't find that forum, I just found the FAQ and other stuff about it.

Same here.. I have already beat the game twice and it still shows my main character as lvl 9 and only shows one of my other characters.

Profile has become an ongoing work in progress due to issues that apparently cropped up as a result of the huge amount of auto-uploading required to keep it working as designed.



I expect it will be keeping the gnomes in the dungeons working overtime for quite some time (think weeks rather than days) before it's back up to speed.

Maybe they should apply the whip a bit more to give them some real motivation... I'm sure they could turn those weeks back into days...

I have similar problem, two of my characters arent still updated after 2 weeks! still my third character is updating just fine.... and two characters which I deleted long time ago, its still in my profile...... sigh... why Bioware ignoring all people who experiencing those issues......



I tried even contact support.... waiting for three weeks now for response ... great. :/

Cause, they are not really sure, what´s going on, maybe that´s a thing. If there are dates from your game on their server, they will be uploaded, but so far it seems they are not uploading, so it might be cause by connection, or game itself.

Anyway, as I have similar problems I had this observation, my last update was after I played for 6 hours, without exiting game. Also it seems most unlikly to update character that you havn´t load.



If you have some character on page, you no longer have in game, use button manage characters and delete them, I don´t think they will disappear by their own will

PS: Too bad I will have to be at the end of game with my characters for 6 hours only to update them to my profile

1) the game only uploads character data on a manual save (no quicksaves)

2) the game only *updates* the character stats XML when you change equipment or level up, and will happily re-upload old data



The general recommended workaround is to change your equipment, manually save, then keep playing for a bit to give it time to upload.

By the way, when you kill the dragon you can still play you char and finish other quests (not sure if it´s not DLC only)
