I recently switched from high graphical detail to medium because it made my game run smoother. But then I started noticing a very annoying bug. Shadows everywhere spaz out weirdly. Like, if I stand still in the sunlight at the Gallows, I keep getting low quality shadows everywhere on my character's body.

I tried turning down anti-aliasing and other stuff. Only switching it to high quality makes it go away. I also removed all mods I had and switching between direct 9 and 11. Is this intended? Because if it is, that's not even nearly "medium quality" that's "very low" quality. It looks horrible.

I didn't post my info because, really, wouldn't make any sense if it was of my computer. What I'm asking is, does anyone else have this? If so did you get it fixed? Or any suggestions anyway.

EDIT: As I will say in a post later below, I'm just making trying to see if anyone else has the same problems. Searches and common problems haven't seemed to count this one in. If I find out about this problem myself, I'll be sure to mention it in this thread incase someone else is experiencing it aswell.

If you have trouble seeing the bug, look at Anders. His clothes basically, you may think it's the video's bad quality, but the flickering sort of thing on everyone's clothes is the issue.

I've already tried everything involving my graphic card, heat problems, free space, and whatsoever. And I have searched for it, and read the stickies on common problems.

I'm just asking if anyone has experienced the same thing, I'm not expecting anyone to solve the problem without having experienced the same. The above post I had was just a bump, I wasn't mocking the person trying to help me.

You can either accept that or not. Seems like I'd be the only one experiencing it anyway, I'll be better of finding about it on my own. So I'll just leave this open if anyone is experiencing the same thing. If you are, and if I find out what is causing it, I'll make sure to post about it on this thread. Thank you for atleast taking the time to read this.
