Well, my feelings on it are a story can be written for any character to be back and make it fit; Bioware just happens to be good at that whole "writting" thing. With that in mind, I'm taking the second set, cause that seems to me who you would want if you could have 'em.

As for permanent, mostly I don't care if people are in and out at various points, but just don't let me use someone only at one point in the game. I don't want to use someone at all if I can't use them in the last battle.

Yeah, I'm trying to avoid all the "confirmed" reports because even the devs have said nothing is confirmed until the game ships. So I'm just gonna plop Ash in there at 1 and drop everyone else down, unless you edit that post before I get to it.

I sacrifice Ash every time (I really like her btw) but Ash/Kaidan for the purpose of this poll, since you will only ever have one of them, are a single vote - So let's not be petty
