These crashes are quite clean, and send me straight to my desktop
I haven't encountered a problem like this since... well since a year ago when I bought the game. I could play it well without any problems
I understand that Dragon Age has had problems with updated drivers? I installed them a few months ago.
I'm running on Geforce 8800 GTX on a laptop. I'd rather not downgrade, any solutions?
So Dragon age Keeps Crashing to the desktop after 1 min of playing

One relatively simple thing to try is to reinstall your current Nvidia drivers by doing a complete uninstall/reinstall in "safe mode", to avoid errors in installation. There's a guide I was given by an experienced PC tech from another forum linked below in my sig.
I would also suggest monitoring your card and CPU temps with the new driver... it could be that the newer drivers are not using your GPU's fan efficiently. If you find heating is problem, a third-party application like Afterburner might allow you to manually set your fan speeds.
That same clean uninstall/reinstall method will help if you do, eventually, decide to roll back your driver, btw.
