This is my frist playing this Third Person shooter and in the guide it said thirteen possible recruits, one of them mentioned a character name Legion.

Anyone know where to recruit him? I been scanning planets for the last three hours and is geting on my nerve. I'm done with the suicide mission but heard youu can still recruit and complete loyalty mission.

Any help will be appreciated..
