There's a little feature that I'd like to add to my mod. Or - to be more precise - a little feature in vanilla Jade Empire, I'd like to turn off: The style shouts. Everytime your character switches to a different style he/she shouts its name. Personally I find that a little annoying. But I don't want to take away anybody's stuff. Do you like them? Or do you find them annoying? Please, let me know!

I actually agree with OP, it's annoying at times, especially when you are changing styles frequently

Well, it's 7 to 10, now. I suppose that's the final result. But it's not much of a no and not much of a yes either, isn't it? I'm thinking of ways to make this a optional feature - something people can turn and off by themselves. Not quite sure how to that yet...

If you can think of anything else in my mod you'd like to be optional, this would be a good time to bring it up!

It's a nod to classic martial-arts films, where pugilists would frequently shout the names of the styles or moves they were performing. You can see this in action in games like Street Fighter or King of Fighters too. I don't find it annoying at all, but a mod that allows you to turn it off can't hurt. More variety is never bad.

Okay. That's cool. I'll make it optional then. Variety is pretty much what my mod is about, after all.
