If Mass Effect were a science fiction television series... *Harmless and fun, albeit superfluous thread*

I'm actually thinking of keeping LOTSB post-finale and having two 'Summer specials' of sorts. While your decision to include it in the season's events is a just one, it'd also work well outside the airing order, I think.

I love Overlord with noteworthy passion and I think I'm going to keep it within the season, if for no other reason than, well, yanking all the big DLCs out would just make things unfair in my write-up's favor. You managed to stuff most of them in there, after all. XD

A new character, female of course because aye, a new female lead in a series would be nice after the recent number of terrible male ones recently who are really dull, would be better than using Shepard. But links to the games like events being mentioned would be nice.

A Mass Effect series set in that universe would be a nice change from the reality TV junk that's taken over TV, though most likely it would barely get a full first season before being cancelled for not being a mind numbing reality TV show.
Firefly is one example and Enterprise, which only got four seasons but the final episode was disappointing.

There is a lot more that could be done from the Mass Effect universe in more than just Shepard, like the First Contact War, events after ME3, events during those games and more.

Some of those episode titles are ace, too. "Obvious Trap Is Obvious" is the kind of thing I'd expect the late, great Farscape to use if it were around today.

Finished that vid, Silmane. You definitely have something great going on here! Mass Effect + Jack Wall and Sam Hulick is epic and appropriate, but Mass Effect + Bear McCreary just makes me screech like a fangirl despite being male. I love it.

Hey, thanks. =) It's all about that science fiction love, my friend. Now if work would die down a bit, I could get started on the full thing.

Love season 1 and season 2 write ups, guys. Awesome.

I'm thinking that a big season finale about the Suicide Mission should have at least half of the squadmates get killed in order for it to be taken seriously and not be the joke that it is in the game where everyone can get Steven Seagal invincibility and survive.

you could have that done with a contest for fans to vote for their favourite character to live to give them more involvement but would make it challenging to write for the next season though

That's a cool idea, Tom. Of course, some fans would love to see the bitterness of their favorite characters potentially meeting their ends, too.

And Silmane, I totally hear ya. Hence why I still haven't made the time to jot down a second-season write-up, argh.
