i have cleared the mines and done the area after the mines and then returned to nashkel where the assasin nimbul is suppose to turn up but he aint there, any ideas please
Nimbul doesnt appear

You can use the console to spawn him: CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("NIMBUL").

Did you get a chapter advance after killing Mulahey and taking the papers out of his chest? You have to do both. You should have seen a cutscreen where the narrator talks about Mulahey being only a pawn.
