I think it's safe to say that erynnar needs a waterproof keyboard and a splatter screen with Jack around.

Lol, so do I. I can't afford a new keyboard everytime i'm reading a Cutlass Jack post.

You're tearing me apart, Lis- I mean Jack!

Bandits in full plate? Nope sorry, it's a valid gripe. I hate freaking ninjas. Press A and something awesome happens... is not awesome.

 This seems to be the "make your keyboard icky" thread. Thanks

Well, I wouldn't really mind raining men (in RL), as long as they don't go "splat". I would however, mind raining oversized spiders very much. Very, very much.

They only go "splat" if you do something else Sabbi!

But yeah, a youtube video of that song with all the ninja's dropping down would be funny. Alas, I lack patience and video editing skills. Along with the programs to do said video editing.

Agree with OP, and the guys at BioWare like waves of enemies so it's not likely to change.

In this case their game will simply not sell well. Because waves of enemies is one of most hated things in SP games. Also: escort missions, timed missions and endless respawn.

They'd really need to be just wearing thongs or something. :innocent:

Just another day in Kirkwall for Hawke and Company as the next wave arrives.

This one from my lovely wife, from her favorite "Chick Flick" this year. Be warned, its so awesome it needs a button. Can't believe she had to remind me of it. It even has a Dwarf in a long jacket!

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon was much better . To me, that is the movie of the century for that genre.

:wizard:

But if you want to see how I felt after experiencing DA2, it was like I was teased with great food, but I didn't get the meal afterall: (be warned, this short video is too hilarious, so move food and drink away from your PC)

I was teased

No, I'm afraid Crouching Tiger is not part of the 'Cowboys vs. Ninja' genre. Unless the cowboys hid better than the ninja did.

hmm.. maybe Morrigan (and the warden) went beyond the world and the fade to learn the spell "Ward against ninjas dropping from the sky"?

She wouldn't be able to use her Earcthquake+blizzard+tempest combo that I came to love her so much for without it. That just will not do.

And maybe the warden also gets the "pants of unlimited smokebombs" as well.

I thought I was the only one who saw this movie!  In the theater, no less.  Your wife has good taste in movies.

But seriously, as that movie demonstrates, DA2's treatment of "ninjas from the sky" is fairly conservative: ninjas come from the sky, from windows, from ponds, from beneath the ice, over seas, and through endless deserts. Here's the trailer for the movie - best line ever is two-thirds of the way through it.

Unfortunately, no Bruce Campbell in it.  Well, you can't have everything. Dang.
